Covering the Tianfu Software Park, Export Processing Zone, Biopharmaceutical Park and much more, you could indeed say that the Chengdu Hi-Tech Development Zone is a city within the city (well actually even two, the South & West zone).
A lot of services are fulfilled and more & more residential complexes are arising in the neighborhood of the CDHT. Maxxelli Real Estate is responsible for the Tianfu International Community; with the villa area and business district completed at the beginning of October.
